This floor pressure mat alarm system features the 2023 model digital radio signalling transmitter and pager, providing and extended alarm range of up to 400M, and is retro-compatible with previous models on standard transmission range of 100M. When the floor pressure mat is positioned by the bedside of a patient an early warning is relayed to a caregiver of the person attempting to leave their bed. The antimicrobial sensor material is hard wearing, non-slip on most surfaces, and can be sanitised using standard disinfectants when required.
