CENTRAL MONITOR NURSE CALL DISPLAY
The Central Monitor will receive and display signals from all patient call devices;
washroom pull cord transmitters, bed head call point transmitters, bed and chair
occupancy sensors, wristband transmitters and DoorWatcher anti-wander systems. When
activated by a patient call, the CMU-02 produces an audible tone alarm with volume
adjustment. The display will indicate the type of transmitter, toilet, bed head etc,
with backlit display. The monitor also displays with audible alarm the condition
of the system, radio interference problems, low battery warnings for all devices,
missing or broken items. Any number of CMU-02’s can be used in a system. One per
floor or area is recommended.
The CMU-02 is powered by 12V DC power adaptor with battery backup provided by 4 x

BTXV-NCT BED HEAD CALL POINT TRANSMITTER
The BTXV-NCT is a nurse call point transmitter that signals the CMU-02 nurse call
display. The transmitter can operate from battery only or with an optional AC power
adaptor. A high quality bed call switch with a 3M lead plugs into the transmitter.
The transmitters feature a simple ID code setup that is sent to the CMU-02 to signal
room or ward number and bed number.
Transmitter case dimensions H 115mm W 75mm D 20mm. Case material ABS. Wall fixing
lugs on rear of case. Transmission frequency 433.92 mHz. Range 100M (open field).
Power requirement 9V PP3 or mains 9V DC power adaptor. Low battery warning sound

Lithium battery with a service life of five years. Reassurance LED lights to confirm
operation to user. Fitted with 3M red pull cord with pull triangles. RF power 4mW
max, narrow band digital transmission for maximum range and reliability. Range 25M.
100% waterproof making it suitable for bath-side or shower room fixing. Can be programmed
with message types, Toilet Alarm, Emergency, Alarm call with accompanying location
and room or appliance number.

Alarm calls are clearly displayed on a backlit monitor showing location (floor, ward or wing) with bed or room number. All bedroom call point and W/C pull cord transmitters are reset with a wireless reset button at the location of the call. All patient call transmitters are monitored by the CMU-02 nurse call display. Potential radio interference problems, low battery, broken or missing items are reported by the CMU-02 in a simple and precise manor leaving care staff nothing to guess at.
As part of our service, systems can be set up in our factory with your required location and room numbers. Each item is clearly labelled, making installation really quick and easy. All call points are battery operated with the option of using mains power adaptors.
ILB-03 SIGNAL REPEATER WITH VISUAL AND AUDIBLE ALARM
The ILB-03 is a combined wall mounting audible-visual alarm with built in signal
repeater. This dual function device re-transmits all data from transmitters learned
into the device (up to 15 transmitters) at higher signal levels to the CMU-02. The
WRE-02 and WCP-02 bathroom transmitters may require a signal repeater as they are
lower power than the call point transmitters.
Where a repeater panel is required in another area of the building the ILB-03 can
be used as a general alarm for a group of rooms or patients, saving the requirement
of a nurse call display for that area. Powered by 4 x D cell batteries.
Signal repeater unit with built in audible alarm with volume control and flashing
strobe LED’s. Boosts signals by approximately 50 Metres. Battery operated (24 months)
4 x D cell. Memory stores 15 transmitter devices.

Signal repeater for all wireless nurse call transmitters WSR-02.
The WSR-02, receives signals from all nurse call component transmitters. The signal
is then re-transmitted with increased power to enable signals to be relayed to the
Central Monitor CMU-02. Generally, the bed-head call point transmitters provide good
range. The WCP-02 and WRE-02 wireless pull cord sets are lower power and will require
signal amplification. The WSR-02’s can be set up in a chain to allow greater distances
to be achieved or to facilitate signal penetration in buildings with old thick walls
or known signal problems. Dimensions: 210mm x 145mm x 45mm. Powered by 12 Volt DC
or 4 x D cell batteries (24 month battery life).

Wristband Patient Call Transmitter An affordable solution for providing a mobile
help call transmitter. The transmitter is easily programmed with a zone and resident
ID number. When the call button is pressed the signal is transmitted to the CMU-02
call display either directly or via signal repeaters. Reassurance LED lights to confirm
transmission. Ideal for residents seated in lounges etc where it is not safe or practical
to use a conventional call button. Powered by sealed in Lithium cells providing 2
- 5 years service life. The transmitter has a comfortable leatherette strap with
hook & loop fastening. Can also be used by staff as an assistance call button.
