The EAD11 is a high specification dialler that will call up to six emergency telephone numbers. Unlike most automated diallers, the EAD11 allows on-line cancelling of call operations. This is particularly useful if the first call recipient is not able to deal with the emergency. Using a telephone keypad, a couple of button presses cancels calls to other emergency numbers.  Alternatively, if any call recipient cannot attend to the emergency, they can use their telephone keypad to temporarily remove themselves from the call list. The dialler then calls the next number and so on.
