*2. The CL600 can be set  to auto-answer using a pin code. A  relative or care provider for example can call the CL600, enter a 4-digit pin code. The CL600 will then automatically answer the call in two-way  speaker mode for up to two minutes, the caller can extend this time every  two minutes  by pressing a number key 0 - 9 on their phone.

*1. When an emergency dial is initiated by the remote control, the first number will be dialled. The caller will hear your recorded message (up to 10 seconds) typically, “Hello (your name) speaking. I need help. Please press any key from 0 - 9 to talk to me. The emergency contact will have to press any of the 0 - 9 keys on their phone either during or immediately after the emergency  message. If there is no response to a dialled number within 30 seconds the next emergency number is dialled.
